  • (T2) SSSOM 1.1 final spec publishes → A-147 fires; formalise curation_rule active-not-reserved + extend G-SSSOM-VALIDATE gate scope.
  • (T3) Mondo precedent reverses curation_rule-NOT-USED finding → accelerate A-147 trigger.
  • (T4) Phase E Task 13 ε.ι formal landing reveals empirical evidence contradicting κ.δ pick → reconsider with full-Reversion-style cascade if multi-Q implications.
